JACKSON HOLE, WYOMING
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
America's winter wonderland
Jackson's Teton Mountain
Wide open spaces, big mountains, wide valleys and rushing rivers describe Jackson Hole Wyoming, located in the heart of cowboy country.  There's really no other place quite like it, well known as the home of Yellowstone National Park.
This country is still pristine, and still a little wild, being vast in size and almost untouched by mankind other than the town and ski mountains.  Winter sports abound with equal opportunities to ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, dogsled, or just venture forth and absorb all the vistas and views.  If you love winter activities, wildlife, and mother nature in all her snowy splendor, then you'll love Jackson.
We've been to Jackson many times and rate it the best all around "winter recreation" destination in America.  It is absolutely unsurpassed for snowmobiling since there's so many areas to ride and explore.  Skiers and snowboarders have their choice of three mountains for downhill thrills.  Nature lovers will delight in seeing big herds of elk, deer wandering down a street in Jackson, and all the other winter wonders that happen in this spectacular part of the Rockies.
